I offer standard, specialised, and certified written translations, as well as standard and certified interpreting services.
I provide translations in the following language pairs:
A certified translation has legal validity, is signed and stamped by a sworn translator, and is required by offices and courts.
Translations can be ordered in person or remotely by sending documents as scans or clear photos to the provided email address or via the contact form. After an initial estimate and acceptance of the terms, I proceed with the translation.
The completed translation can be collected in person. It can also be sent by post, courier, or to a parcel locker, with an electronic copy sent simultaneously. Shipping costs are borne by the client.
Please note that in the case of certified translations, the electronic version is for reference only. The official version requires personal collection or postal/courier delivery of the paper document bearing the translator’s seal.
The price depends on the type of translation, translation direction, text volume, and turnaround time. A detailed price list is available in the “Price List” section.
The initial estimate is prepared based on the source text. The final price is calculated according to the number of billing pages of the completed translation. Differences between languages may result in a different final volume, affecting the final price.
Upon completion of the order, payment for the translation shall be made by bank transfer based on the issued pro forma invoice within 7 days of its date of issue. Payment must be made prior to collection of the completed translation.
Yes, cancellation is possible. However, if a client cancels the order during execution, they are required to pay for the work completed up to that point.
No — in most cases, a copy, clear scan, or photo is sufficient. In such cases, the certification formula will state whether the translation was made from an original or a copy. Some institutions require translations made from originals. In such cases, the original must be presented for inspection, which increases the translation’s acceptability. It is always advisable to check the requirements of the relevant institution. The original may be presented upon collection or sent by post or courier.
